Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your orders promptly and reliably. All items are carefully packaged and dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days of order confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak trading periods. Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3-5 working days from dispatch. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your items arrive safely. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. For orders outside the UK, international shipping is available to selected countries. International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance, typically ranging from 7-14 working days.

Additional import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We provide tracking information for all orders so you can monitor your delivery progress. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to update in the courier's system. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking details. We'll investigate and work to resolve any delivery issues promptly. Items can only be delivered to addresses within the delivery areas we serve. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or certain remote locations. 

If you're unsure whether we deliver to your address, please get in touch before placing your order. For time-sensitive orders, express delivery options may be available at an additional cost. Select your preferred delivery speed at checkout if available for your location. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery, as our couriers may not leave items unattended. If you're not home when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave instructions for collection or redelivery.

We're not responsible for damage or loss caused by the courier after delivery has been completed. However, if you receive a damaged item, please report it to us immediately with photographic evidence so we can assist you. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery estimates are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.
